Modular Content Challenge
Nooma approached us with a classic fast-growing brand problem: their existing Shopify site couldn't keep up with their content needs. Every time they wanted to update product benefits, add new ingredients, or showcase UGC, they needed developer help. Their PDPs were rigid, their upsell opportunities were scattered, and their wholesale experience felt like an afterthought. This perfectly demonstrates our manifesto that every touchpoint needs to optimize for performance, narrative, and aesthetic simultaneously, but their current setup was optimizing for none of these effectively.


Metafield-Powered Flexibility
We rebuilt their entire site architecture around modular, metafield-driven templates that put content control back in Nooma's hands. The new PDPs feature customizable sections for ingredients, usage instructions, product comparisons, and UGC that can be updated without touching code. We integrated Rebuy cart drawers with AOV thresholds and top product recommendations, plus AfterSell upselling across the entire purchase journey. The mega menu system and homepage sections are equally flexible, allowing them to adjust messaging seasonally while maintaining brand consistency, proving that exceptional design and data-driven performance belong together.
