Lull entered one of the most competitive ecommerce categories where giants like Purple and Casper dominate search results and customer mindshare. Their existing landing pages blended into the sea of generic "best sleep ever" messaging that floods the mattress space. This perfectly demonstrates our manifesto that every touchpoint needs to optimize for performance, narrative, and aesthetic simultaneously—especially when you're fighting for attention against competitors with massive ad budgets.

Three-Angle Strategy

Instead of competing head-to-head with the same tired messaging, we developed three distinct landing page narratives: Sleep Experts (technical, science-focused), Dream Environments (visually stunning lifestyle approach), and Effortless Sleep (convenience and value positioning). Each page targeted different user motivations while maintaining Lull's core brand identity. We integrated countdown timers for urgency and strategically placed UGC content to build trust against bigger competitors, proving that exceptional design and data-driven performance belong together even in crowded markets.
